    I have visited this place before and it was fine. However, when I recently visited, my coffee was warm, not hot. I’ve never had warm coffee from Starbucks before, so this is quite perplexing. I really hope they aren’t using old coffee. Please get this right.

    the workers are very pleasant and care unlike other starbucks. my drink was very good and enjoyable. i had a wonderful experience!!

    A fine Starbucks. Very spacious inside. Employees are very nice (at least the ones working this evening)

    Customer service was terrible. I wanted help with points for a free birthday drink I received via email, and they didn't even attempt to care. I went to the gas station next door and got coffee there instead.

    Always good coffee. The staff should be up to date on promotions. I had the free coffee for January mug and I had to explain it twice. Takes forever. The drive through is insanely slow.
